2. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our online experience.

Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, interactions with the website, device and browser information, approximate location and online identifiers.

Google Analytics is only activated after you have given your consent through our cookie banner. The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through our cookie settings.

Data may be processed by Google outside the European Economic Area. Further information about how Google processes and protects data can be found in Google’s privacy documentation.

We retain Google Analytics user-level data for 14 months, according to our Analytics settings.

3. Competitions & Giveaways
If you participate in a competition or giveaway, we may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address or social media username.

We use this information only to run the competition, contact participants, select and notify winners and provide prizes. Unless you separately consent to another use, your information will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes. Data is deleted when it is no longer required for the competition or related legal obligations. Processing competition data for the purpose of administering the competition can be based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

If you contact us by email or through another communication channel, we may process the information you provide, including your name, email address and the content of your message.

We use this information only to respond to and manage your request. We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for this purpose or as required by law. Processing may be based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual request, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate communication purposes.

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability and withdraw previously given consent.
